EXPERTS: Cleanup help needed - Win 2003 - thread 3

Hello everyone,

Most of you know that I am responsible for the cleanup of the old questions. When the Asker leaves a question open and there is no activity in the question for more than 21 days, the question is called abandoned and it needs to be closed administratively. But for doing this, we need someone to review the question and make a recommendation. And that is what the Cleanup Volunteers are doing.

More information can be found here: https://www.experts-exchange.com/help.jsp#hs7

If you decide to help, please post here and I will assign you a range. Please do not post recommendation in any question that is not assigned to you.

Please if you see a recommendation in a question you had participated in, read it and post if you object, explaining why. This will help us a lot

Thanks in advance

Well, I just read the guidelines, and right now, no questions come to my mind. Everything looks pretty much straightforward.

Great memory ;o)

Cheers
I am happy to help if required?

Barny
I'd be happy to assist AnnieMod.

Just let me know...thanks.
Well, I don't really know what this means:  Someone I heard good words for :) ( I was told that you reply to pings )

lol, but I'm happy to help out...

I read through the process and these are my only questions:

1.  Where's the "list"?  (Like above you told VSG to take such and such...where do I find the questions you assign me?)

2.  I'm a little confused about whether I'm posting in the actual question, or if I'm posting in the cleanup area only ??

3.  How often will I need to do this and will I get an email or similar with the request to cleanup?

ASKER

This means that Venabili said that you are one of the helping experts in this crazy area.

>>1.  Where's the "list"?  (Like above you told VSG to take such and such...where do I find the questions you assign me?)
In the same list you find questions to answer.  :))

>>2.  I'm a little confused about whether I'm posting in the actual question, or if I'm posting in the cleanup area only ??
Both :) Review some of the lists from Venabili to see how it is done

>>3.  How often will I need to do this and will I get an email or similar with the request to cleanup?
Whenever you request a range from me :) I give ranges here in this thread :)

Annie
Ah...ok...well then hook me up and I'll help out.
So no more questions? The help page is read and clear?

Annie
Well, just so I'm crystal clear it goes like this:

1.  You give me a range, and I find that range of questions (still not sure how to do this, do I just keep going through the "pages" until I get to Nov 2005 or similar and then start counting manually until my "range"?)

2.  I post in the questions based on : leave a post which says, in essence, that you're recommending closure of the question, and delineates a specific course of action

3. Create a new "question" in the Cleanup Area with a list of the URLs I've posted in followed by a quick "recommendation" based on what I've posted in the original question.  The name of the cleanup area question should be something like "Due **4days from now** Windows 2003"

4.  Wait and let the moderators do their job.  (Basically I'm lending my "expertise" on a topic area for the moderators to base their decisions on for closing a question finally)

I think that's about it, right?  Although I don't understand this part of the Help section:

A small number of the open questions are those left by members and Moderators which give points to an Expert, usually the result of a split. Posting a notice in the question is highly unlikely to get a response from the person who is the intended recipient of the points, so these questions have to be handled differently. Currently, we ask that you keep a list of the URLs and email it to one of the Moderators. They'll take care of alerting the intended recipient of the existence and location of the question.

If you happen across a question that has a comment by a Moderator that says "Email sent", and that comment is more than two weeks old, include it on your list and schedule it for deletion.
1. It is easier to invert the list and start from the oldest questions ;) Then if you have 1-10th December for example, you start with the first question from 1st and end with the last from 10th :)

2. You post a post which looks EXACLY like the one in the help page.

3. Nope. It should be "Windows Server 2003 Cleanup due (today+4)"

4. yep.

:) This part is no more relevant. We took care of these long ago. I should remove it :)

:) Anything else? :)
1.  Ah..gotcha I was seeing it as #1-10 of December (10 questions) as opposed to a date range.  Makes sense now.

2.  gotcha

3.  gotcha (although it's listed in the Help section both your way and the way I posted...but I understand)

4.  gotcha

OK, I'm ready...
3...OK.. I know, I need to update those :))

Please take 1-5 January 2006. Thanks ( they start on page 4 at the inverted list at the moment)

Annie
OK, working them now...2 quick questions:

1.  I notice that other cleanup has something like #123540 in brackets pointing to the comment 'URL'.  I found in the source the comment Ref, but I don't know how to link to it other than the full question URL followed by #123450.  Others seem to be able to put {#123450} and that links back to the full URL.  Am I missing on how to do this?  I am unaware of if I can post HTML code or how it would be done here.

2.  What if I know the correct answer in detail and nobody else has posted the answer?  For reference:  https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/21684246/users-can-see-other-ftp-virtual-folders-when-browsing-with-ftp-software.html  I know the answer to that.  Do I post the answer there or do I just post a cleanup instead?

Thanks!
1. Forget for this for now :)
2. You do cleanup. IF the asker shows up - post them the answer. Otherwise - just cleanup it.

Hi Annie,

Consider this as me putting my hand up to do some cleanup in this area

TheCleaner - if you want to add those funky html bookmark tags (even tho you dont have to) i usually open up the source of the page, search for the date/time on the post i want to award points for, and just above that you will see an <a> number.  For instance, your post is above is here -> http:Q_21799059.html#16362502 - search for <a name="16362502"></a> and you will see what i am talking about.

This adds SO much time to doing CV, but i still tend to do it everytime anyway - senior CV's use fastcat which does it automatically

-red
And Red, if you see already posted recommendation, skip the question - these lists needs to be closed in a few hours so all will be better looking...
Will do,

Thanks Annie!
Done, sign me up again!

-red
All questions from February 2006. Thanks :) VERY carefully for still active questions

And check your mail/profile
Nov 1-16th done and validated. Care for some more ;o)

Jean-Michel
February is done, besides about 4 active questions (and awaiting the Mods to finish the latest list)

What next?

-red
On it, thanks Annie!

-red
:)
Hi Annie,

Sure about october 2k5 ? Venabili already seems to be working on it

Jean-Michel
She pinged some of them but I got her out :) So - yes - I am sure :)

Annie
Then October it is ;o)

Jean-Michel
Hi Annie,

March 2006 is done, excluding active questions.

What did you want me to do next?

-red
On it, thanks Annie!

-red
December 2005 done.

What would you like me to do next?

-red
Need anymore help?
I always do. Want a range? November 2005 ;) Thanks

Annie
Sure Annie,

Sorry, I am still learning FastCAT

I have a slow day today so am hoping to knock off the rest of Jan - will keep you posted

-red
FastCAT?
TheCleaner,

I still need to see a few more lists from you before you get the Admin comment and fastCat :)
lol, OK...I just was curious what it was...figured someone had some cool software that allowed us to use EE faster/easier.

:)
It makes the cleanup faster... that's all :)
It also increases connection speed to EE 10 times!

FastCAT is good, but frighteningly powerful...
and i was joking about connection speed - bad joke, i am sick!
Hi Annie,

Just checked, those 3 Feb pings are already in the line and due to be sorted today

-> http:Q_21815279.html <-

You had me worried for a second then

-red
Or.....

were you talking about the 3 feb 2005 questions?
In fact, dont answer that....

Can you delete all of these responses from me, being sick makes me more dense than usual
<pretending last 5 posts didnt happen>

Those 3 pings for feb 2005 are sorted Annie,

Let me know if you need anything else

-red
Thanks for this :) I guess we will have some leftovers in old ranges again some time soon :)

Annie
All done...https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/21819799/Windows-Server-2003-cleanup-due-23-Apr-06.html

Thanks for the extra notification emails Red...lol

And for Annie's comment, "I still need to see a few more lists from you before you get the Admin comment and fastCat :)"

How can you not trust a cleanup vol with a name like "TheCleaner" ;)
The Cleaner,

And while doing this - ALL PAQ -NO REFUND should be changed to:
1. Delete - no refund if there is nothing worth saving
2. Accept/Split otherwise.

>>How can you not trust a cleanup vol with a name like "TheCleaner" ;)
:) Well... if someone posts too many PAQ - no refunds, this means that they either do not read the questions or prefer not to make decisions :) So we need to fix this first.
Annie,

I'm lost what you mean by "Post a new list with the combined lists from the comments and I will delete the comments", I didn't leave any comments other than the recommendations.

If you mean the separated lists, it's because I would have to leave my desk and didn't want to lose the work I'd done.  Why would the mods not close them?

For the PAQ - No refunds, the help section said if the comments were worth keeping to hang on to them.  Nobody gave the right answer to the question or not an answer that was obviously the answer, but I figured future searches on the same topic may give someone else the "answer" they were looking for.

I guess I need more guidance on this, because last time I handed out too many "accepts", and this time not enough.

I read through all the questions, and make the decision, so someone needs to show me examples of questions that were done incorrectly so I understand why my decision wasn't correct.
Not trying to step on any toes here, just trying to offer what is working for me.

If there is a clear answer, or a clear path to an answer - i will split or accept
(in the event that there are 2 paths, i usually accept or split with the BEST path, or if both are workable, split both ways)

If there is nothing clear, but there are good ideas - i will just delete it (refund or not, depending on asker interaction)

The PAQ is full as it is, and unless something is clear, i delete it.

I dont think I have ever PAQ - No Refunded.  If it is worth PAQ'ing, something is worth Accepting - if nothing is worth Accepting, then it isnt worth PAQ'ing

I can only give you examples of my work, like a question (that I was involved in) dragged out and evolved.  I split the points between me and another expert for the answers we gave "to the original question" irrespective of the fact that i had posted another 15 comments fixing evolving problems.

If you aren't sure, email Annie, or Alimu, or even me if you want - other opinions can help you realise what you have missed and why, and it all helps in the overall scheme of things

-red
The PAQ is full as it is, and unless something is clear, i delete it.
===========

That helps.  I guess I didn't think about the fact that there are probably 50 PAQs for usually the same question.
          Makes sense now.

The hard part is that I ended up thinking, "well, nobody gave the right answer or the author never thought so at least, even though the comments are 'possible answers'.

OK, gotcha...that all makes sense.

Would you like me to post new comments in the PAQ- No Refund questions with different recommendations?
:) Yes :)
OK, made the changes, and posted a new "question" to handle all of the extra comments.

However, in the original "question" this one was there: https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/21622832/Veritas-Backup-exec-servcies-failed-to-start.html

so can you change that to say - delete - no refund ??

Other than that...I think that does it...

I should be able to help again next week, I'll let you know.
No need to change it in the list in the cleanup area as long as you do it in the question

Annie
Hi Annie,

Looks like my October 2005 lists have been checked and cleared. Still OK for some more but, strange as it may seem, I'm on holiday... ;o)

So, if you don't mind, no new assignment before next monday ;o)

As regards to the Windows networks part, I'm also OK. You may post me an assignment in the relevant thread.

Cheers
Jean-Michel
OK. JUst ping me when you are back.
Range completed.

Sorry it took so long, there was 190 in there!

Sign me up again

-red
Hi Annie,

I'm back in business, you can sign me up again.

Cheers

Jean-Michel
Hi Annie,

Was starting to worry about you for a moment!

So January 2006 - February 2006?  Or Dawn of Time - February 2006?

There are some pre FastCAT pings from me at the end of February that I just noticed, so I will start there!

-red
ANYTHING that is pre-2006 :)
OK, Done.

There is one last question that is still active - and 8 questions at the start of Jan 2006

Other than that, looks like this TA is done!

thanks

-red

Well... April 2006 starts to get abandoned :))
Want to start on it?

Annie
Sure!  Want me to tidy up those other 8 questions from the start of Jan2006 as well?

-red
Yes - as I said - get ANY single question asked before 1st March :)
Jean - Michel will take care of March :)
No problems, I am running through April now as well

-red
CAREFULLY for active questions.
fire away :)
Hi Annie,

After a 2 week holiday, I would say "much better now" ;o)

So I'm back in business but I might be a little busy this week. I'll do my best, though. March is quite a big one (200+).

Jean-Michel
I am kicking through April, as and when it happens.  I am due to smash out another big list in the next day or so.

You are lucky Annie, this question got very close to being due for a recommendation :)

-red
Except that it is active :)))
I got stuck with some work things, I am hoping to have some time tomorrow, and then some more over the next week to do some big cleanup work.

As the range allocated to me will be the largest, and I am doing the least with it, perhaps it would be a good idea to break it up and give some to another CV?

I dont want to ditch the whole range of april, but maybe it would be a good idea for me to at least give up a section of it?

If someone wants to take say 20th till the end of April, that would help

thanks

-red
have to say... that's a pretty stunning achievement... when I started cleanup around 12 months ago, there was more than double that and you guys have put in a huge effort to get this far in so short a time, especially considering the number of new questions we get in.  **major round of applause** thank you all for donating your time to do this :o)
Yep - everyone did great work here :)
Win 2k3 is amongst the top5 areas in regards of questions asked per day...
same goes for you Annie (the big round of applause)  :)
red,

:) Any chance to hit these questions any time soon? :)

Everyone,

We are under 1000 open :) The goal here is to become stable under 800...

Great work everyone - Jean-Michel, alimu, red, TheCleaner(hey, what happened to you?) and everyone else in the past... ( and one thanks for Venabili for jumping in to give a hand)
Hi Annie,

Yeah I have been slack.

I have just done 1 list, and hope to get another one done by the end of today.  That should get me about half way through my range.

This question is soon going to be the oldest in the TA :)

-red
That is the idea.
I have Venabili cleaning from 21 April onwards so we should be uptodate very soon :)
Annie,

I'm still around but haven't been able to participate much on EE lately.  I've been swamped with prepping for my China location buildout, and I'm very near to going over for a while now.

I'll be back in the states sometime in late July at which point EE will have more of my attention.

Thanks for noticing me gone though!
This is the bad part of becoming a CV - someone will always think of you and worry if you dissapear :))

OK - have fun and good luck with the China location buildout ( uh.. which means that  you move to china or?) :)
Not moving there...just a few weeks...
Ah I see :)
Have fun there then :)
Jean-Michel and red,

how are you doing? :)
Venabili is keeping the 21 April - today-21 clean but I would orefer to move her out of the area at one point :)

What we will be facing after your ranges are done is something like a dayly cleanup - get all abandoned and so on... Which means that I will need at least 2 CVs so we can clean at least 3 times per week,,, ( if not everyday) or one that can spend half an hour/hour every day/every two days... . What do you think?

Annie
Hi Annie,

Sounds good to me, that's about what I'm doing. 30mn to 1 hr every day / 2 days is feasable for me. Could offer more on some days, but not on a regular basis. I'm still on my range, some LONG questions requiring some special attention, so, cleaning the "easiest" ones first, in order not to be too late ;o)

Jean-Michel
:) It is ok and I understand this.
red,

What do you think?

Another option will be:

Dayly/2 days cleanup in Win 2k3 for Jean-Michel ( when done regularly we speak for ~30 questions becoming 22 days old and the same ammount left for review from the previous days and a total of ~30 abandoned in heavy days - 5 in normal). See Venabili's lists from Win2k3 last 2 week to see what I talk about :)
The same in Exchange area for redseatechnologies
And Venabili as a backup for both of you

What do you think?

Annie
At the moment, I think I will have to be a backup CV for Jean-Michel.

There are days where I have hours and hours I can put into the site, and then there are weeks where I havent got time to eat! :)

I am currently in the middle of those hectic weeks, and this needs to be consistant, which is not really possible for me at the moment.

Jean-Michel, if you have time to do the bulk of the CV work, I am sure I will be able to make time when you are off, busy, whatever.

What do you think Annie?

-red
Now Exchange, that is a different kettle of fish altogether :)

I will FORCE time for Exchange :))
No problem for me. I'll find the time for the bulk ;o)

and Red, I'll NEVER steal anything with the word "exchange" in it, won't even try ;o)))
Works for me too! :)

-red
No problem, Annie, was just kiddin, let's just say that Xchange server is not my cup of tea, but of course, I'll cleanup the WHOLE area ;o)

Jean-Michel
Well.. it is always ok to leave some questions if you are not familiar with them ;)
You can always ask me about a question Jean-Michel, Annie and Alimu are also very responsive to questions!

-red
:) Absolutely :)
:) any time.
Alrite, looks like the only ones remaining in March are "not officially abandoned".

Thanks a lot Red for your help, and Thanks Annie and Alimu for your support. I Also would like to thank my producer, my agent and, the whole crew that worked on the mov..... What ? WHAT ? That's not the Academy awards ? Darn....... God, March was a tough month anyway ;o)

Ready for more

Cheers
Jean-Michel

red,

How are you doing?
Hi Annie,

No problems, I am up to the 13th already so I will have that done today

thanks

-red
Thanks :)
Done (finally) FastCat died on me last night... Sorry bout that.

There are about 4 actives left there now

-red
Howdee all,

I quickchecked March : only one active Q left (17 days), the remaining ones have been taken care of

Cheers

Jean-Michel
Yep - I am calling Venabili also out so after 4 days all lists should be closed here and in Exchange and I will assign areas.
Hi Annie,

Are you waiting on anything from us?

I am not being pushy, I just know that every day is another 50Qs for cleanup :)

thanks

-red
>> Someone unhappy? :)

not at all!

on it now

thanks Annie

-red
No problem for me. I'll start working on it today or monday.

Cheers
Jean-Michel
All Done.

About 10 or so are active, i will see what it looks like in 3 days

-red
OK. THanks ;)

Same here. May 25-31 OK, except 8 still active, ranging 8-20 days.

Cheers
Jean-Michel
YES! :)

Do you want Jean-Michel to take care of the still active questions that I missed here?

Thanks!

-red
okie dokie, I'm on it

Cheers
Jean-Michel
red,

Exchange area is in a not so good  condition at the moment :)
It has no such big numbers in months... So are you gonna clean it as needed or I need to send someone else?

Jean-Michel,

Good work :) I would prefer a bit more regular cleanup but the area looks ok so I won't grumble :)
Hi there

I'm trying to be as regular as possible, but due to holidays, I can't manage to have as a good view on my schedule as I would in "normal" conditions.

Plus, I'll be unavailable between July 29th and September 4th, so I'll try to cleanup as much as I can before going.

Cheers
Jean-Michel
So I need a replacement for August? OK :)
Hey Annie,

Yeah, I have had a lot going on - which I kind-of knew would happen when we started.

I will kick out some big lists this week and try to keep on top of it

If it isn't better this time next week, then let me know  :)

-red
:) thanks
Righto, I just kicked out 101 recommendations, which is about 1/3 of what was possibly >21 days.

I will do the same again this week and then I should be well and truly on top of my TA

:)

-red
OK. Thanks :)

Annie
Hi all :)

I went through june, until july 2nd. Some orphan questions may remain, but it's mostly clean, just as a single man's house :o)

Cheers
Jean-Michel
If you ever want to see how you are going, check this out

http://www.eeqp.com/stats/oqtest.html

you have about 200 questions *possibly* due for cleanup, which puts you at 13 on the list of most questions due

meanwhile, I have 342, which puts me at number 2....

It is updated every tuesday, so hopefully Exchange will be in better shape by then :)

-red
Oh man that depressed me :o(

Matter'o'fact, I had neglected to check back on may, and 1st part of june... Lookin' better now.

Thanks for the link, Red, and... courage ! ;o)

Cheers
Jean-Michel
Anyone needs help or something? Exchange area is way too up in the charts....
Hi Annie,

Did as much as  I could before going on vacation. Won't be able to do anything before Sep. 4th. When I left, June was looking fine, so was may. July prob'bly is the culprit, sorry about that.

Cheers
Jean-Michel
Jean-Michel,

I will send someone to cover you, do not worry :)

red,

Any news from you?
>>> Anyone needs help or something? Exchange area is way too up in the charts....

You just wait till these 8 lists and 200 CV'd questions go through ;)

I forgot that eeqp stats got updated on a tuesday, so didnt get the lists in on time - but from my guess, there are about 200 possibles for Exchange (which will be about 250 by next tuesday assuming I dont do any CV'ing until then (which I wont))

I had a day off on monday and pretty much did exclusively EE stuff :)

-red
:) OKey... but should I remind that you AGREED to do a daily cleanup ( missing some days now and then of course)? Because what you do is NOT what the area needs.

Do not get me wrong - I appreciate what you do BUT... if you cannot handle the area in the needed way, I may need to search other solutions. Because seeing such big numbers is not nice. Doing 200 questions in one day creates a lot of mails in someone's mailbox ( think Sembee for example - he gets at least 150 from this 200 + the regular for the day...) and this is what we try to avoid with having regular cleanup. The idea is to get the experts involved and commenting if they dissagree and with such cleanup you are NOT achieving it.

So I am asking the question for the last time: Will you do what agreed to ( a daily cleanup - I would agree on 4 days cycles basically when impossible but the goal is a daily one)?:) It is not because Annie is a bad person or something -- simply in the biggest area, this is the only way not to spam everyone and to keep the experts answering to cleanup messages...

Annie
If you look at my question history, you will see that I am doing daily cleanups.

Unfortunately, I have 390 odd questions that need to get done - Sembee chooses to participate in 75% of questions, the backlog needs to be cleared - there is not alternative but to spam his mailbox until I get it down to an acceptable level.

Considering he has never replied to one of my recommendations, he is either ignoring them totally, or trusts my judgment in cleanup enough to not care anymore.

-red
Then we are ok :) Just try not to do it too often (catching up on backlog i mean) :)

PS: I am in USA for a few weeks so I am basically in a strange time availability. So I may be missing for days or answering in minutes.... :)
The exchange numbers are only ever going down :)

You just wait, next week you will be pestering Jean-Michel to get 2003 like exchange ;)

-red
Except that he said he won't be around for a while :)) And I will be sending someone to take care :)

You are doing ok.
the new eeqp stats list isnt out yet, but i am down to 270 odd >21 day questions

down about 130, which by my numbers, takes exchange from number 2, to number 10 on the list

Next week will be even better - and considering you are worried about me spamming Sembee, i don't see how I could do it any faster or better

-red
as i said - you are doing ok :)
:) getting there

I look forward to seeing the report next week

-red
You are going to love me next Tuesday.

The only thing I have abandoned (and not yet recommended for cleanup) is

2 pings, 1 no response to asker

:)

-red
Want a hand in the networking TA?
Yeah.. just post in the thread...
Righto - give me another range and I will get on it through tonight and tomorrow

-red
Can I PLEASE have a range :))
1 May - 20 July 2006. Thanks

Somehow I missed the previous notif....
I figured that, then I got a notif from you somewhere else and knew you were about!
;)) Sorry
Mowing through that range - 121 Qs to go (which I think is about half way)

Sorry it is taking so long, but I am hoping it will be done by Tuesdays update time :)

-red
Righto, that range is taken care of - sorry it took so long, but this TA is much more difficult than Exchange :)

Want to give me another range, or just turn me loose?
On it, looking forward to see the stats :))

-red
yeah :) Sorry for the delay - some people here got a few days off computers.
howdee all !

Took me some time, but I'm back in business !

I'd care for a range :o)

Cheers
Jean-Michel
1 August -10 August 2006 :)

Thanks
Annie
Range completed (finally)

Sorry it took so long, this TA is much more difficult that exchange is (i did 100 or so exchange questions in about an hour this morning, and it has taken about 2 weeks for me to do the same in 2003!)

I am up for another range though if you want me to :)

-red
Hi there !

Range 1-10 Aug completed. Remaining Qs are not officially abandoned.

Ready for more.

Cheers
Jean-Michel
Taking 11-15 August 2006

>Someone objecting?

I am not brave enough :)

Just kidding - fine with me!

-red
Taking 16-20 August 2006

>I am also getting Venabili off the area so once these are completed, Jean-Michel can step in maintainance mode :)
>Someone objecting?

Not exactly, but if you do so, I'll have to ask YOU out for dinner :o)

Nah jus' kiddin'... No need to go out, I'm a great cook :)

cheers
Jean-Michel,

So I should get myself a plane ticket to (where it was?) ;)

Annie
Range complete!

Typical, the last range I do is the easiest :)

-red
Annie,

Paris, France :)  Could have been worse, huh ? :o)))

Jean-Michel
16-20 Aug has now been taken care of.

Well, Annie, next time you get stuck in Paris, you know who to ping ;o)

JEan-Michel
I am ready as and when I am needed

-red
I know, red :)

Just keep Exchange as down as possible :)

Hi Annie !

oops, my mistake... Thought that CS stood for "Counter Strike"... I definitely should ease down on that damn game :o)

Sincerely sorry anyway, I'll be extra careful from now on.

btw, when's the next time you'll get stuck in Paris ? I'm kinda impatient ;o)

Cheers
Jean-Michel

As a matter of fact, and to be a little more serious :o) ...  I thought that the fact of posting a recommendation would speed up the whole process (I had seen that CS was involved).

My interpretation was bad, and like you just said, I shouldn't touch anything "younger" than 21 days. Sorry again.

As regards to the rest...  On the  other hand, if you fly a "reliable" company, you won't get stuck, and then :

1. Where's the fun ?
2. What am I gonna do with my candles and that excellent Haut Medoc I bought for the occasion ?? :o)))

Cheers
JM
Well.. it won't speed the things - just will make 2 people looking over the same question :)) We have some backlog so we are a bit late in CS, that's all.

Well... I may decide to stuck myself there one day... I still need to see Paris without all the problems so I can eventually figure out what people like in this city... because honestly... I did not like much what I saw... not speaking French was part of the problem I guess :))
How do i edit my comment or delete my answered question? It has very sensitive information that I want deleted. Please help!
