J2ME - coding phone applications

I wish to code some phone apps for my hp.

1. I need to know what i need exactly to start coding (i use eclipse)
environment, what to install etc.

2. From basic to how to upload it to my hp (java midp2.0)

3. Any place tutorials or sample codes for mobile phone j2me programming?

im already using NetBeans IDE to develop j2me applications. it has a nice environment that facilitates the development. you can download it from sun or netbeans.org

it depends on the your mobile vendor, does it provide you any software to upload programs inot it ?
