many servers on a single ip network

dear
i have single static ip configured into a router and i have many servers in my lan "exchange server , webserver, database server" so i want the exchange server to be accessed via web, so how i can do that despite i have only one public ip???

please help!

you need another IP

now i'm able to send email via my smtp server but only within my domain name users not for all domains it gives me undelivered email!!!

notice: i have setup the dns server, exchange server, smtp server and active directory all in one xp 2003server and using a private ip in the lan because the public used at the router.
