MS SQL 2005 - Error in creating/editing maintenance plans

Hello,

Windows 2003 64bit - MS SQL 2005 64bit
SQL Integration Services are installed !


When creating or editing a maintenance plan I get error :

Cannot Show the editor for this task.
Additional information : Exception from HRESULT : 0xc0010014 (Microsoft.SqlServer.DTSRuntimeWrap)

are you at the machine or are you remote?

I remotely manage the server through remote desktop with console option.
There is no windows firewall active on the server (disabled service)

I reinstalled the whole software and now the problem is solved.
Only god knows what meight have gone wrong during the first installation.

just for future reference - this fixed my problem:
%windir%\syswow64\regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft SQL Server\90\dts\binn\dts.dll"
