Cloning 3 computers currently in workgroup with ghost. They will be eventually join a domain-do I need to sysprep or are they good

Sysprep resealing is typically to replace SID in domain so if my computers are in a workgroup environment when I clone, will simply joining them to a domain at the job site be sufficient for the autocreation of an SID?  Is sysprep required or should it be fine

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

if you are going to add-to-domain later (post clone) then ghost is fine.

I'd not sysprep in general for <10 computers

My concern was resealing the systems if it wasn't necessary.  I will be joining to domain later so thanks for the advise.  Much appreciated.
Sysprep would be required with any number of systems if the clone was done with the domain prefix already in place.
what I meant was that if you cloned a pc on the domain, the pain and suffering of remove from domain and re-add is not too bad for a couple of machines.
