Windows Server 2000 - Demote Domain Controller

I have a network that was recently migrated to a new domain under Windows Server 2003.  The old domain controller is still on the network but is Windows Server 2000.  I want to demote this server from being a domain controller and then migrate it as a member server to the new domain.  How do I demote it since it is the only remaining member of the domain?
