Mandatory local Profile for domain users

We decided not to turn on roaming profiles when we migrated from Novell NDS to AD. Users of shared PCs used to log on with a generic account but we are moving away from that.

My question is if there a way to create a mandatory profile that all domain users in W2K and XP will receive if roaming profile is disabled on the server?

Thanks for your help!
