Windows 2003 NLB on different Subtnet

Could you set up NLB on two servers which are on different subnet?

from what i understand of NLB yes you can. i Havent done it though as i have never had to...

There are only a few requirements that all servers must meet to use Windows NLB:

Have at least one network interface configured for Load Balancing.
Use TCP/IP.
Be on the same subnet.
Share a common (virtual) IP address.
