DVD Ripper Software

Experts - This looks like a fun question :) I am looking for some recomendations on DVD ripper software. I know that there are DVD with write protection of which I am NOT looking to rip, I simply need to grab video off of a DVD in a studio enviroment where the DVD has been specifically authored to be used.

Right now I have a DV-CAM linked to my mac and capture it through Final Cut, I think I have DVD Studio Pro, but am unaware of whether or not it can pull from a dvd.

Thanks for help...

http://www.versiontracker.com/php/search.php?PHPSESSID=5f8ef8056cb7f1d3c3317ff685c2b9ca&mode=basic&action=search&str=dvd&plt%5B%5D=macosx&x=25&y=7

MacTheRipper is one example

Another example is HandBrake <http://handbrake.m0k.org/> - I find its interface much easier than MacTheRipper, but I've only used it so far to rip to a file suitable for the iPod video (which it does very well, and on a dual core intel Mac, very quickly).

The link above worked for me (I thought the PHP session ID in it might break it, but VersionTracker didn't have a problem with it at all).
