OWA 2003 Calendar Java Script Error

I have an Exchange 2003 server running OWA.  One of my users has issues with the calendar feature where he is getting a Java script errors.  I have had him run Spyware checkers, remove temp. Internet Files, change his security settings and remove Java seeting IE options.  When I log into his web mail from any other box it wrks with out a hitch. Has anyone run into this before?

Cheers,
Darren

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

One user on one machine, works from elsewhere, then it has to be that local machine.
Clearing the temporary internet files will use deal with most OWA issues.
Next is to try a new Windows Profile. If that doesn't do it, then the only sure fire way is to wipe the machine.

As stated above I have wiped Internet Files, but I will try logging on as another user.  I don't overly want to wipe a miche fr something like this.

Depends on how much the user wants to use the feature.

I have an extremely low tolerance level of single machine issues. About 30 minutes is the most I will give a machine before it is wiped. I am in the business of getting the user running again in the shortest time. I could spend three hours trying to fix the problem with no guarantee of a fix, or spend three hours rebuilding the machine, knowing it will be fixed at the end.
