Symantec Mail Security quarantine not showing all messages

We're running Symantec Mail Security 5.0 on our Exchange 2003 server, and have an annoying problem with the Quaratine View.  When you open the quaratine, it will only display the 1000 latest emails that have been quarantined, even though there are more than 1000 messages in the 'Symantec\SMSMSE\5.0\Server\Quaratine' folder.  Under the Quarantine Settings, our Quaratine Threshold was set to "Retain items in quaratine" for 7 days.  This wasn't working because in 7 days we'll get well over 1000 messages quaratined.  We then tried setting the "Maximum number of items" threshold to 2500. This reduced the number of items in the '\Symantec\SMSMSE\5.0\Server\Quaratine' folder down to 2500, but the Quarantine View still only displayed 1000 messages.  Has anyone else run into this problem?

    Found the solution:

    Opened regedit and went to:  HKey Local Machine\Software\Symantec\SMSMSE\5.0\Server\Components\Quarantine
    In this key there is a value labeled: QuarantineDisplayLimitDword
    It was set to 1000. I changed this value to 5000 (in HEX) and all of the quarantined emails showed up.
