adding data in access table using forms created in access.

Does anyone has an example of access database with access forms in it. I want to learn how to add records in database using access forms.

    You can install the Northwind database--should come with Access, and study the forms that they used in it.  Hold down the shift key when opening it, in case it is set to run the forms automatically.
