Struggling with Header Graphic Size

http://www.shekerra.com/test2/   the main page index.html validates html -
http://www.shekerra.com/test2/shekerra.css

You will note that when you are on the home page that the teklogo (far right - globe in header) is an alright size -and I like this size too! But, on all other pages it is too wide. I need this graphic to be the same size on all pages.

Hi shekerra,

The short one has width 884
The home has width 897

I don't see how 13 pixels can go that far but its certainly something to think about.
I'm referring to the middle <td> the one that holds the <img> (not the far right image, the main image)
