How should i create rule for this
I am able to set it for particular mail account but how to do the same for the domain name itself

For example : All the mails from gmail.com should be directed to a specified folder

Not sure, you can create a rule 'with Specific words in the sender's address'
You would do the following:

Create the Folder you will use to store the emails
Select Tools / Rules and Alerts...
Select New Rule / Start from a Blank Rule
Select Next
Select with specific words in the recipient's address
Click on specific words below and type the domain
Select Add
Select Next
Select Move to a specified folder and below select specified folder, then select the folder you created earlier
Select Next two times (unless you have an exception)
Name your rule and save.

Let me know if you have any problems

>Select with specific words in the recipient's address
is it  'specific words in the recipient's address' or 'Sender's address'
so true... senders address.  Recipient would be the receiver...  yourself
