SPAM Software Recommendations

Say a client has Symantec AV Corporate 10.0.  They need some sort of SPAM component for their individual workstations.  There is no Exchange server in the mix.  What would be their best solution?  What would be the cost per seat for 9 units?

Hi mentisgroup,

What email client is in use?  Outlook?  If so, look at Cloudmark's product - excellent spam killer.  Price for nine is 39.95 each a total of 359.55.

Cheers!

Hello,

You could also look into getting Postini. This is also a very good Anti-spam here is the website.

I use Spampal with the baysian filter and it work well.  Spampal is free.  K9 is also free and is very accurate but is harder to use.  Mailwasher pro has gotten good reviews, but I have not used it personally.  Mailwashe rPro is 37.00/seat.
