Distribution List Exchange 2K3 - Automation

I have made a distribution list and manually added the users to the list.  What I would like to do is have this list contain ALL email addresses from the domain.  Thus, if I add a user with an email address, the user is automatically added to the list.  If I remove a user or a users email address, the email address automatically is removed from the list.  Is there a way to do this?
