OWA doesn't automatically pickup new mail...

I just migrated from Exchange 2000 to a new Exchange 2003 server.  Everything appears to be working great except OWA.  When a user has their mailbox open via OWA, it won't pickup new emails as they come in.  They have to click the "Check for New Messages" button.  On my 2000 server, they didn't have to do this, the emails would just show up.  Is there some kind of "automatic send/receive" option?  Is there a way to do this?  Thanks!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi cansib,

OWA does *not* automatically refresh the inbox for you.  The only way to do this is to click the check mail icon or install third party software on the OWA server (OWA Plus Pack).  OWA should be notifying that new mail is present via the pop up notification in the lower right, but that is the end.
