I have a string for example:

I Need to replace the quotes ( " ) with a blank space or with a ( ' ). How can I do this ????

It depends where you are getting the string from, but:

        string s = "violation of FOREIGN KEY constraint \"INTEG_74\" on table \"OS_ORDSERV\"";
        s = s.Replace("\"", "'");
