-.- VB Voice Component to retrieve Number in Sentence -.-

-.-.-.-.-
Please anyone suggest me the VB voice component/library that ready to use in the market
-.-.-.-.-
There is queue management system anounciation that announce the current queue to call the waiting person. The sentence in the annocication consists of 'Heading Sentence' + 'Queue Number' + 'Tail Sentence', the sentence created by playing wave file that kept in hard disk.
-.-.-.-.-
My question is I want to capture 'Queue Number' in the calling sentence by another computer (no communication signal available but I can link the sound card signal together). I think the 'Heading Sentence' can be used as trigger word and then component/library will analyse what is queue and then return the queue value.
-.-.-.-.-
I think possible to do by voice regnition but don't have experience what is the good one with reasonable price, ex. 50-100 USD, please anyone reccomend me.

Thank you in advance,

The obvious choice is microsoft's SAPI, though I have no experience of any speech package:

Thank you for the reply, but I need the ready-to-use library. I think it should have feature that able to keep watching sound card signal and trigger the function once the annouciation begin (which can be any time). And should have feature of detection the change of number for example '2' and '22'. Also able to tech/learn/look reference wave file because the annouciation is the Local Language.

You mean 'speech recognition'.

You could try these.
