When in OutLook, computer crashes and I get "The system has recovered from a serious error"

The error signsture is;
BCCode: 19 BCP1: 00000020 BCP2: E15267DO BCP3: E15268EO BCP4: OC220401

Is this an outlook problem or an XP problem? Is this a Ram problem

Then it says there is as mini040506-01.dmp

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
