When in OutLook, computer crashes and I get "The system has recovered from a serious error"

The error signsture is;
BCCode: 19 BCP1: 00000020 BCP2: E15267DO BCP3: E15268EO BCP4: OC220401

Is this an outlook problem or an XP problem? Is this a Ram problem

Then it says there is as mini040506-01.dmp

it sounds like it's an XP problem. Have you tried reinstalling Outlook?

Also be sure to check your event manager and post any related error messages so that we can assist you better.

I have reloaded both the OS and outlook as clean installs.
Both the OS and OutLook are updated.

I have heard before that this may be a Ram problem. Could that be true?
