Mac FTP clients cannot access Win SBS 2K3 running FTP

We have a Windows 2003 SBS running FTP, PCs can access it using pretty much any FTP client without issue.  However, Mac OS users can't connect using Fetch at all.  They can connect sometimes via Safari, but have trouble uploading files.

We had the same issue on a Windows 2000 server.

Any thoughts?

    Try setting the Fetch prefs to Passive Mode (PASV) and see if that makes a difference.
