Simple PGP Application

We have been using a PGP application for some time now and i am in the process of replacing the system.  The old system is a 2000 box and the new one will be XP Pro.

Of course this application works on windows 2000 but not XP :(

I have been through a boat load of PGP applications and i am looking for something simple and that doesn't cost a fortune.  All i need is to be albe to encrypt / unencrypt files.  My current application lets me do this by right clicking on a file and then selecting encrypt.

I would truly Appreciate any suggestions :)

Also at this point i am more interested in encrypting by using keys that have been provided from some of our clients.
If you want ptofessional support try:

Send and receive PGP files without the complexity and cost of using PGP. This simple to use file and email encryption product ensures you will be communicating securely with others in less than a couple of minutes.

If you like to stick with the free version:

GnuPG is the GNU project's complete and free implementation of the OpenPGP standard as defined by RFC2440 . GnuPG allows to encrypt and sign your data and communcation, features a versatile key managment system as well as access modules for all kind of public key directories. GnuPG, also known as GPG, is a command line tool with features for easy integration with other applications. A wealth of frontend applications  and libraries  are available.

what is wrong with PGP or GPG on XP?
FineCrypt has worked well for me and it's free for personal use.  It can be found here:
