What is the size limitation on 'Print' ?

I'd like to make a backup of a .txt file whenever I open one. I'm going to use something along the lines of "Print #1, Filename$"  I'm wondering if print has the same size limitation as a text box which is like ~30KB?  The text files I need to open are roughly 150KB.

You could use Print without any problems but why not just use Filecopy before opening instead?
