Services screwed up

I am receiving an error in Event Viewer that says:

The ABS PortIO Service service failed to start due to the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

I cannot find this service in Services.  It does look like someone has gone into services and screwed around.  Can you give me a run down of each service and whether they should be set to Automatic, Manual or Disabled.

Found this in one of Zone Alarm's logfiles: Maybe check and make sure that the services it depends on are enabled --> RPCSS, Tcpip, IPSec
