Migration from SBS 2000 Prem to SBS 2003 Stand

We need to migrate a SBS 2000 Premium Edition to a SBS 2003 Standard Edition. The important aspects are migrating the Exchange mailboxes, AD users and computers and group policy. (We do not use SharePoint).

Is there an easy way to do this? Or any products available that could help us with this?

    Hi digitalparts,

If you want the "easy way" to do the migration, take a look at  Their "Swing" method allows you to accomplish the migration with NO downtime, and the ability to use the same domain, retention of Outlook rules, and the ability to work at your own pace.

I am a bit curious about your description of SBS2000 as "Premium" version, since there was no Premium Version of that product.
