I have an fvs124g and am trying to set up the vpn connection to no avail. I've gotton as far as building the sa on phase I but when it gets to phase II it bombs with this error on the server "No matching SPD policy for the selectors received in IKE phase-II message"
and this error on the client software that came with the router "-06: 09:17:04.674 My Connections\philly - QM re-keying timed out. Retry count: 1" any one know where i'm going wrong with this .

Hi

I had exactley the same problem your having, but with the netgear fvs338, i then found out that there is a known issue with the vpn wizard and that you have to create the vpn manually. Here is the site where i got all the info i needed, it will help you, im sure.

Perfect, I can't understand why they havn't fixed this yet, I was torn between the reviews of this router and the equivalent Linksys
even conteplating shelling out for a pix 501 but figured I would be able to get it working " how hard can it be its gui based" right
wow what a mistake. should have shelled out for the pix, any way you were right on the mark and the article was perfect thanks a bunch
