I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can't.

You will need to have the originator export the contact info as a .csv file or export the whole contact folder to a .pst file.

Then you will need to import and create your own distribution list.

Actually you can and I did. I saved the e-mailed attacment and opened it up use the File menu and select 'Copy to Folder' I selected contacts and it poped right in.

I'll post this question for deletion.
