How can I import a distrubution list that has been e-mailed to me?

You can't.

You will need to have the originator export the contact info as a .csv file or export the whole contact folder to a .pst file.

Then you will need to import and create your own distribution list.

Actually you can and I did. I saved the e-mailed attacment and opened it up use the File menu and select 'Copy to Folder' I selected contacts and it poped right in.

I'll post this question for deletion.

Duh.
I knew that.  This just changed with one of the newer versions of Outlook.
