In OWA 2000, Adding multiple contacts in the to or cc fields
What needs to happen: Send email to multiple external users without typing in their full email address
What I've tried: In OWA 2000, if I click on the To field, and search for a name in there it only searches those names in Active Directory.. If I start typing in the person's name and do the Check Name button, it will say Exchange doesn't recognize the email address, despite resolving it correctly. So when I try to press send it'll bring me up that same prompt about not recognizing the resolved email address (though it is correct), and won't allow me to send.
Also if I go to Shortcuts and Contacts, if I double-click the contact and then send mail to contact it only allows me to do that one person, I can't add multiple people from my contact list (external to the company). Anyone have a solution for this, my people are going insane.
Thanks,
MS
