appointment missing in Outlook but shows in OWA

I have a recurring appointment that I created in Outlook and now no longer shows up in my Calendar, however it appears in OWA. I do not have Cached Exchange Mode selected. I've re-created my profile and it still doesn't appear. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Any suggestions would be great.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try these things ->
1. Create your profile on another machine and see if you can see this appointment there.
2. Give access on your calendar to someone else and see, if that user can access your calendar and see this appointment.
3. Use - File - Export / Import and export the contents of the calendar into a .pst file. Open the .pst file in the outlook and see if its visible in the .pst file.
4. Use - ExMerge to export the mailbox ( calendar) only to a .pst file. If there is any corrupt items in the calendar, it would skip that or will tell you that there are corrupt items.
5. If you can export the calendar successfully in a .pst file. Delete the appointment using OWA and import it back from .pst to calendar in the mailbox.

Creating a profile on another machine didn't work. My co-worker who had view rights to my calendar could see the appointment that I couldn't. What worked was the exporting, then importing of my calendar back into Outlook. Wierd. Not sure why it happened in the first place, but thanks for the suggestions!
