GAL Sync between 2 forest

Let's say I have 2 different companies having their own Exchange server but would like to somehow sync their GALs. Due to politics a Domain and Trust is not possible between the 2 companies.

I would need a way to manually do this even if it means exporting the GALs to a pst then importing it to the other Exchange server, which I need help with so please explain how to do this. Also,is there a batch file to do the export and a another batch file to do the import. If this is not the recommended method please do say it's not.

There are two ways to do it.
1) a Tool like MIIS which would be expensive for you.
2) Export all the users and DLs from 1 forest using CSVDE and import them into other forest as contacts and vice-versa.

CSVDE is a command line tool and is available with Windows Support Tools, type csvde /? for all options available.

Also, when I import them back over as contacts what is the command for this as well?

CSVDE is a command line tool which is used both for export and import.
simply go to command prompt and type - CSVDE /? (You need windows support tools to be installed on the box)
this will provide you whole information about this utility and how to use it.
