Canon MF5750 Laser printing misaligned pages

Just purchased a Canon ImageClass MF5750, and all the prints are crooked (as in the text or photos seem to be rotated a degree counter clockwise).  I've triple checked the cartridge and paper tray, they're installed correctly.  Any thoughts??

    Accepted Solution

Commonly when paper is slightly skewed the guides on the paper tray are not tight up against the paper.  If that isn't the solution, I'd talk to the place where you purchased and if they can't easily fix it, exchange the printer.  Better to exchange it when you can than potentially be left with a lemon.

    Hope this Helps!!!
