How to get Windows Server 2000 to show admin password

I have a server running Windows Server 2000, i am logged in as administrator but i don't know the admin password so i can't log out or even restart the computer. Is there any way to get windows to show me what the password is?? I know where to go to reset the password but i want to know what the existing password is.... Can anyone help??

    I think your only option is going to be to reset the password, I don't know of any way to find an old password on Windows 2000.

    Local Admin - net user Administrator newpassword
    Domain Admin - net user Administrator newpassword /domain
