How can I "select all" text on an HTML page and copy it to a text file?

I have an app that uses the Microsoft Internet Control to display a web page.
How do I programatically select all the text on the web page and copy it to a text file?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Something like...

Private Sub WebBrowser1_DocumentComplete(ByVal pDisp As Object, URL As Variant)
Open "c:\someFile.txt" For Output As #1
    Print #1, WebBrowser1.Document.documentelement.innertext
    Close #1
End Sub
