force classic start bar for users in 2000 domain who login to 2003 terminal server

I need to force classic start bar for users in 2000 domain who login to 2003 terminal server. I know there is a group policy in 2003 domains but we are not in that mode yet. I also found a reg hack for XP but it did not seem to work for terminal server users.

    Hi tebone68,

    you could always import the 2003 ADM templates into 2000 and then use the settings via GPO
