Detect Mouse Clicks Outside app.

well what i need is fairly simple, but since im somehow new on those kind of events im asking here ^^..

anyway what i need is something simple, whenever the users press the right button on any other application my program would know that he just pressed it, for example change my form color..
so anyone?
