I mean when I disable or enable the user OWA attribute, I want it to take effect immediately?<br />

currently lets say i a user exchange OWA feature is disabled so I eanble it, but when i try to use OWA for this user, It failed. I have to wait for some time before my change take effect.<br />

so I'm asking for a way that can force the update immediately.<br />
