While in Word all pictures show up blank but they print out. The images show if you use Outlook with Word as the editor.

What are possible ways to troubleshoot this?

Hi DB Sol,

The first place I would look is:

Go to Tools, Options, and the View tab and uncheck the Picture Placeholders checkbox.
