OLK1FD Folder

When I save files from email (outlook) it defaults to C:D&S:John:Local Settings:Temporary InternetFiles:OLK1FD.
could someone tell me what that folder is "OLK1FD" and if necessary to clean it up.

That is the secure temporary file location for attachments received in Outlook.  See this MSKB article:
