Logon to domain without keyboard (need virtual keyboard)

Hi.

On my work we now have computers with touchscreen and no fysical keyboard.
(should be on our trucks)

When XP is running I can use MS virtual keyboard,
but is there a way to use some virtual keyboard that starts before I logg in to XP/domain.

As it is now I have to have automaticly logon (tweak UI), because I cant "write" the password
(or username) when the logon-screen appear.

Is there any virtual keyboard that colud start / show up before I log in?

Pelle

Hi PerBoman,

not sure if this will work or not but you could try installing as a service....

Hmm, I don't see the connection between the article and virtual keyboard.

can you install the keyboard program as a service  -  means it starts up along with everyother service which happen before the login screen - was just a shot

I need a program-virtual-keyboard.
Virtual-laser-keyboard is not that, it's just a physical keyboard (but working with laser instead)

Have you read mu question Naser72?
"Is there any virtual keyboard that colud start / show up before I log in?" (to XP)
The VK you point to is yet just another V-keyboard without that feature.

That one ^^  says it has a login screen feature.

XP tablet PC edition has the on-screen logon keyboard built into it.  So I would look at that route if you are installing these machines without keyboards and mice.
