How to hire MS Access / VBA experts in Germany or Europe (near Dusseldorf)

I'm looking to recruit somone to takeover development and management of an existing MS Access based system (around 60-100 users), and support/manage upgrade to web-based solution.
Any ideas how I can get candidates? Not sure if allowed to advertise here. Must be strong in creative problem solving, and good sense of business needs. For the job I have a candidate proficiency test I would send out via email, Excel/VBA test.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There are free board on other specialist forums for job ops (e.g.
After that there are the professional sites (don't know where you are from but in the uk decent ones include totaljobs and topjobs). I used to these when I worked in recruitment and they suited us but I don't know how well they would suit a small business advertising the odd job. You could check their terms....

Otherwise - there are of course recruitment agencies but be sure to really vet them well - also they aren't likely to make a big effort for a small client. Local press can also be useful if you are looking for someone local but don't have especially high technical requirements (as it sounds you don't).

If the EE Experts are ones you want to contact, look at the profiles of some of the Access and VB/VBA TA experts-Some of them have conatct adresses for opportunities, and are based in Europe.
