msflexgrid remove all rows

I have been using a msflexgrid.
I clear the data then add rows as I need them.
I am using msflexgrid.clear, but would like to remove all rows, then add them as I need them.

How do I remove all rows from a msflexgrid?

    MSFlexGrid1.Rows = 0

    this will remove all rows
    if u have set fixed rows , then set

           MSFlexGrid1.Rows = No_of_Fixed_Rows
