The Citrix MetaFrame servers reported that the specified user's credentials have expired

I enforced the change password on next login option in active directory. Remote users logging into citrix get the  following error:
"The Citrix MetaFrame servers reported that the specified user's credentials have expired."

What is Citrix's solution to allow the user to log into citrix and then be able to change the password?

Urgent.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Can you confirm what versions of Citrix Presentation server you are using, and how the users are logging on .i.e., via Web Interface, Secure Gateway, Program Neighbourhood etc and the version being used.

The server is Citrix Metaframe XP and is running under Win2003.   The users are logging in via a web client.  We are not certain what version the web client is.

what version of the Web Interface are you using?

If 4.0 check here:

open your site in the Access Suite Console (web interface admin utility) and click:

Configure Authentication methods
under this first screen there will be an option to allow the user to change their password when it expires.

You can find the admin page at the following URL.  There is a similiar option to allow users to change expired passwords.
