Fedora Core 4 Email

Can someone point me to a howto to set up email in fedora core 4 using sendmail and webmin to retrieve email from my isp's mail server?

    There's has to be an easy button somewhere.  All I want to do is retrieve my email from my Isp's mail server to FC4 just like you would if using MS Outlook, etc.

    Does you mail server provide a POP3 or IMAP access?
