Automatic tracer pulling multi records

OK I have another challange, Last week you guys assisted me in importing data from a spreadsheet into records in a notes db. The next challenge is to create a tracer email sent out to an office 30 days in advance of machines being due to be replaced.

I need to have the information from multiple record condensed into one email for all records for the same office_id field that fall on that refresh date. The email should have the data from the form in a table like format. It will be a grid like below

userid    asset     serial
userid    asset     serial

I have been told that I can do this using a Rich Text Field and format the tabs into the code so it appears as a table.

Because I know this is probably a lot of code, I will post this same question again once the answer is received and give the correct response 1000 points, or split if joint effort.

1. EE is not a rent-a-coder site
2. offering more than 500 points won't be allowed

Here's an example how to create and send a mail:

I did not intend to offend anyone, I just wanted people to know that I appreciate the effort I always get from this site.

I know how to get the tracer together, I just do not know how to make it where it wraps up the records into a table like format.

I know, I just thought to warn you about "nasty consequences" ;)

So you want a table. You need at least R6 to do that, with the NotesRichTextTable class. The Designer Help contains an excellent description of that class and an equally excellent example.

I will give this a try and see if I can get this together. THe whole script thing is very confusing when you are not doing it full time.

Great! When you made a giant step for mankind, dump your code here and tell us what doesn't work. We'll try to pull you through.
