How to remove cached credential information for a windows share ?

I accessed a network share and supplied the credentials.
Now whenever I try to access that share, I am not being asked to verify my credentials.
My requirement is that I should be prompted to key in my credentials.
Please provide a solution.

    go to Run > type in cmd > enter > type in  ipconfig /release  >enter  then type in ipconfig /renew

    from the command prompt, you need to flush the DNS

    c:> ipconfig /flushdns
