Error on boot up SBS 2003

When I boot up my SBS 2003 Server I receive an application error when the computer is 'Applying Computer Settings'. The error I receive is an application error in 'dbntsrv.exe'. I think this is related to SQL but am not sure. Can anyone offer me advice on how to stop or troubleshoot this error.

Thanks

dbntsrv.exe is part of SQLBase, which is a 3rd Party application.  What applications have you installed on your server?

We have NetScan which uses a SQL Centura database. It polls a fax line and pulls incoming faxes onto a folder on the Server instead of producing onto a fax machine.

Well that is what's causing your problem.  Do you realize that SBS has this feature built-in?  You don't need a 3rd party application for this on SBS 2003.  See http://sbsurl.com/fax for more info.
