"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This could be caused by a number of reasons.  There's a MS KB article that can help in troubleshooting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/325487

I'd point out though, that mapping "home" drives is not really an SBS Best Practice.  Instead, you should use the My Documents folder redirection, and if you have company-wide shares, consider using SharePoint Document libraries which offer a lot more than standard windows folder shares.
