Resource Reservations Databases - History Feature.

I have set up a resource reservations database with thirteen rooms and one resource.  The database is based on the StdR50ResourceReservation Lotus supplied template.

Our users have asked that they be able to add comments to the reservations and also to be able to view historical history going back up to three months.  This is for invoice verification purposes and is currently being maintained in a paper diary.

Any advice would be appreciated.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You will probably need to create a new copy of the template and make changes to it to keep a history log somewhere. Best would be to create a history form, and have it updated when the room is reserved, changed or cancelled.
Then add a view that shows te info.

I hope this helps !
