Cisco 2950 problems

Hi , I having problems the new 2950 cisco configuration

If i conect all the network to an regular switch seems to work perfect , but wen i conect all the network to the new Cisco its take 2 minutes to get an IP address from the dhcp server .
Im sure this is a problem of the configuration af the cisco switch , becouse today i put back all the computer to my old swtch with its not management and work properly

Help !!!!!!!!

what i shuld change  in the config ??

Might want to set "spanning-tree portfast" on any ports that do NOT have the possibility of creating a switching loop; otherwise you may be experiencing a 45-second STP delay, and subsequent DHCP delays.
