Bulk Download Mail

I have about 20,000 emails on our POP3 mail server (about 20 megs of mail) and I use Outlook.  It's taking a very long time to download since it's downloading each message one at a time.  Is there a plugin that will just bulk download all of these?  The majority of these are all junk, I'd say only about 5 are ones I need to look at.  What happened is we had a process go nuts and email me about 19,995 junk emails and I just want a fast way to remove all of them and get to the few emails I need.  Our mail server does have a web interface but we can only view/delete 25 messages at a time.  I'm open to other suggestions if there is a free mail client I could load up to empty my account as well.  Thank you!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

try using mailwasher (free anti-spam soft). This app will look at your pop3 server and download only the headers. if the 19995 messages are from the same sender you can configure it in mailwasher to delete the message on the server instead of downloading them.
